WORD OF THE DAY 7/24/2013

                                                From the book of 1Corinthians 2:6-8

          starting from chapter 6;

6. Your boasting is not good. Don’t you know that a little yeast works through the whole batch of dough?

7. Get rid of the old yeast that you may be a new batch without yeast—as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb has been sacrificed.

8. Therefore let’s keep the festival not with the old yeast, the yeast of malice and wickedness, but with bread of sincerity and truth.

Today the Bible tells us that we should stop with the boasting because it actually ruins our relationship with God and sways us to an opposite path from which Jesus Christ taught us. Just as a little yeast acts on a whole piece of dough so does our boasting ruins everything that’s connects us to our Heavenly Father. From verse 8, God advices us to get rid of our boasting which is the old yeast and become what we were as pure men closer to him which is the new batch with no yeast because His only Son Jesus Christ who is our Passover lamb has been sacrificed for our own sins. Jesus Christ died for each and every person for they can be saved on the day of judgment. We should therefore abide to the teachings of our savior Jesus Christ

Prayer of the day; OLORD, my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure, because you will not abandon me to the grave nor will you let your Holy one see decay. You have made known to me the path of life; You will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. Oh Heavenly Father see me through the day and let me not sin. AMEN!!

DIGITAL GIRL v.s THE REAL GIRL

 Some of you will say that am  so hating girls bur for the record; I love girls and I wish I had all girls to myself….anyways everyone got an opinion…after all we are in a free country…

It’s said that, man was brought into this world for a reason; And its only through struggle, patience, confidence and most importantly believe in God that you find the reason of being in the world. It’s through that that man is able to find out the reason as to why he was brought into this world….that’s is his destiny. It’s a bit sad that not everyone is able to find that destiny, others on the other hand will do everything, stop at nothing no matter what it takes whether right or wrong, they will have to achieve that dream to find their destiny.

Basing on the context above, it’s easy to compare girls and their reasons and destinies here in the world. Girls as many would agree with me ,  are very important creatures , so important that many are times we find ourselves doing unthinkable and unreasonable things for them such as ; singing songs about them , writing a book about them , begging them , fighting for them and all the other things you do for them that’s for sure is special. IT’S A GIRL AFFAIR AND A GIRL THING TO BE TREATED WITH SPECIAL FAVUORS.

DIGITAL GIRL; This is my favorite type of a gal…favorite in the sense that she is so dumb and it’s so sad that she doesn’t notice it. She is the type I like to call “like seriously?” type of a gal. She is the wannabe type , the type who wants to fit in everything .She will do anything to get noticed , the type that will change how she speaks , she will adapt a strange new language where “T” becomes “R” even  where it’s not supposed to be , she will so much pose while speaking , she will talk with all facial and body expressions to drive a point home , she will mix tongues and most of what she is probably saying is 99% a lie and 1% questionable truth .And what pisses me off mostly about this type of a gal.. She is so boring to be around with. She is the wanna be digital girl.

THE REAL GIRL; She is the girl who will always be there, so peaceful, so elegant, so real, talks so real, walks so real and everything about her is just so real. If this girl is your friend or your girlfriend you will always be proud of her. She ain’t no braggart, never wants unreasonable attention, never tries to fit in, fitting in just comes naturally because she is just so real to herself and to everyone. This is the type of girl that you need.

The big question is what type of a girl are you OR what type of a girlfriend is your girl???

Am a Catholic Christian and very proud of it. Being closer to God always gives me a peace of my mind and soul to an extent that I got no worries about anything. Now, away from criticizing, let’s go to the word of the day.

The Bible today tells us that, we should consider the pure joy, whenever we are faced by trials of many kinds because this test of faith develops perseverance. Perseverance helps us to mature in faith and be complete. It goes hand in hand with wisdom, and for us to possess wisdom we ought to pray to our Heavenly father in faith and not to doubt when we pray because he who doubts is like a wave of sea, blown and tossed by the wind and definitely not receive anything from God.

Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him. We should also remember that God does not tempt us but rather, each one is tempted by his own evil desires that drag us and entice us. Then after the desires have conceived, it gives birth to sin; and when sin is full grown gives birth to death.

Always remember that God chose to give us birth through the word of truth that we might be a kind of first fruits of all the created.

This day let’s ask our Heavenly Father in faith to give us perseverance and wisdom. With that, we shall conquer everything in life.

Prayer of the day; O LORD, you hear my voice; In the morning I lay my request before you and wait in expectations. AMEN!!

SPEAKING MY MIND OUT AFTERALL I AM ME!!!

It got me thinking,I came across this old verse from the Bible"When I was  young i did childish things,now that i am a grown up i stopped the childish things and now i act like a grown up"Now thats a great deal of info for some of us.

In the world there are three types of people,those who fight physically,those who only argue(fools),and those who use written words as a weapon(me)-well literally non can beat me on that-u bet right?

Now,this the deal,there are these two fools-sorry to say so...but WTF they are-who never engage their retarded brains before they make any conclusions,am talking about the type who have accomplished nothing in their filthy lives and yet celebrate it every weekend,did i mention the type thats so gay??!!!ofcos i dint...but now i have.....when around them you feel so gay!!!!yea that type.They are afraid and the worst they did was to cross the enemy line....my line!!

Now talking about gayism...the two guys everybody things they are gay-mybe they are right-some things they talk about,things they do,soo gay....i sometimes ask"nigger are you gay?"Did you know that a day cannot end without the mention of an a***s  not a female...a male.......!!!!thats so gay right???

Guys do you know why they call me ABUTHEHATER?????bet you fools dont....well amma tell you...Its bcause i pretend to be one of your friends but that day you mess with me like you did I act the MIGUNA MIGUNAs way and its happening.Atleast thanx to you two our campus aint a bush campus its a campus like others where gay cases are SUSPECTED!!!!Thanx guys!!!

A word of advice dont cross my ways nomore before you two become the outcasts of your school....

 

ARE WE BRAGGING TOO MUCH ON SOCIAL NETWORKS

In real life very little people have a little torelance to braggarts.(i really hate them)There is only so much narcissisitic noise we are readyto listen to people before we leave the wondering ''is it something that i said?"

But on the internet, mostly social networks bragging or cloaked boassting as i prefer calling common traits thats really a pin in my xxx. the very nature of a status update or a simple post is to talk about yourself, er,un,i mean, "share" with others what you are doing or thinking. if we dont like it, we can simply remove the annoying person(s) from our newsfeed and they will never know we are nolonger listening to their stupid chitchat and the bragging continues unchecked(at least i do that to 50% of my friends).intrestingly enough, most social  networking braggarts dont even realise they are bragging.
 The problematic question that often or not people dont realise is "Are we sharing too much?" or "How much is to the extent?"I have to admit more than once, i have questioned the seemingly perfect lives of my "friends" on facebook and twitter and some of the things they post is way not true or even close to it, they just post it to either show how perfect their lives are-which are not-or t attract the opposite sex which to me i find it lame."hahahaha AWSOME" thats how they name their picture albums.

MENACE OF CAMPUS PROSTITUTION IN KENYA PART 2

From our last time saddening story we get the full report story.............

..................However,its intresting to agree with the two contending agreements,over the cause of such moral backwardness.Over the years Kenyan leaders have failed to come up with a passionate blue prints and religiously implementing such polcies for the development of this country.what we have had all this while is bands of pirates and vampires who have sucked the blood of their people to satisfy their insatiable greed and gluttonies.The failure of Kenyan leaders  to develop the nation seriously lead to widening gap  between the rich and the poor.This gap comes with it's own repercussions like drug trafficking and moral bankruptacy.
It's no longer news that the politicians,law makers,businessmen,major offcie holders are the main patronages of these students.A visit to female hostels at night,one will be amazed by the kind of flashing cars that come to pick these young undergraduates for one function or the other.This is rather pathetic for this nation and its people.The same set of misguided leaders that have thrown the parents of these students into greater poverty,thus,their inability to provide for their needs,are the same today destroying their womanhood;becaus they control the means of survival and social status.This is wickedness,ungodly,narcissim and betryal of all seasons.

Furthermore,because of the way these students were used and their connections in high places,they no longer respect their lecturers or constituted authorities and the young men who are in campus named ''suferers''.Academic indiscipline has cropped into the ivory towers ,which is precipitating serious crisis of academic excellence and quality of graduates that turn out every year.Also because of the huge monetary inducement in this illicit business,these corporate and campus prostitutes often parade themselves in a flash an sophisticated cars,jewelries and costumes to the chagrins and envy of their fellow students.

We are in deep trouble in this country if urgent attention is not taken to address this crisis.But the question is;Who provide the platforms of such reforms to take place?when it's the same politicians,political office holders,bureaucrats who are the major promoters of such illicit business in the first place.These are supposed to be the moral and spiritual builders of the society but are now the destroyers of such fabrics.

So its incumbent of us straight campus students to seriously try to stand tall and shun this Godforsaken behaviour that's not only a dissapointment to us but also a shame to the youth society.The religious leaders have a role in this gigantic crusades against societal ills that is already destroying the pillars that hold us together as campus students and the nation at large.And our sisters in campus must understand that prostitution business is never and will never  be a trade to solve any problems.So,therefore,the spirits of hard work,dedication,moral uprightness and resting womanhood should be your watch words.

I pray to God Almighty to change the minds of these that are committing these heinous crimes against our mothers for their whimsical desires.And if they refuse to change their arctic of evil God destroy them for the over of all good of the society.Because no society ever progresses  if those in the saddle of leadership are nothing but immoral and irresponsible set of class of mediocre,who have nothing to contribute than to destroy the fabrics of the society through the breakdown of the pillars that holds the society together.Untill then we hope and pray that these illicit business that is receiving dominance and attention in our campus will be uprooted ounce and for all and build a society where ethics,principles and morality will be the watch words of our leaders and the society in general.

THE MENACE OF CAMPUS PROSTITUTION IN KENYA PART 1

The Kenyan society is fast drifting towards social backwardness.The idea about morality in Kenya is fast loosing its essence;as a result of failure of value system that propelled the people to contribute and provide the framework of societal regeneration.The level of moral bankruptcy in Kenya today,calls for sober reflection and urgent attention to sustain the growing societal drifting into the abyss of confusion and chaos.It is often argued that the moral uprightness is an important ingrident in building prosperous nations over the years.That is why nations take the issue of moral upbringing especially among their youth very serious.This is why the younger generations are often seen  as the readers of tomorrow.So therefore mental and spiritual state of minds is of very important to any nation that desires development.

The growing rate of campus prostitution in Kenyan tertiary institutions today is raising a serious concern among Kenyans.It's often said that the ivory towers is the last stage in moulding the leaders of tomorrow,in preparatory for their engagement as leaders and policy makers of the future.So if such towers are now saturated with the menaces of prostitution and it's control syndicate,then the nation is in deep crisis.
Campus prostitution is now a common business in Kenyan tertiary institutions;with the culprits not hiding their trades,they have even gone to the extent of starting advertising agents in social networks like facebook likes of "Campus Divas For Rich Men"There is no tertiary institution that is immune for this crisis.This is a bad omen for motherhood and corrupting the social fabrics of a society which seriously cripple whatever developmental effort of the country;because societies that are not armed with sound morals are not,ruled by good leaders don't deserve life of existence.
Ironically,as the nation experience the growing rate of campus prostitution in her tertiary institution,so is the decaying structures of government.That means there is a direct relationship between moral uprightness of a society and the kind of leadership at the saddle of any society.
Over the years the business of campus prostitution,has has been a covert trade.This is due to the fact that,the value system of the Kenyan state and the moral consciousness of the ivory tower were on a high alert against all these menaces;that is destroying our society;thereby debasing motherhood today.
The rise of campus prostitution has just portrayed that the core values and moral system in Kenya is fast loosing it's relevance(if there is any left).Although it has been argued by some observers that,the rise in campus prostitution is a direct result of the growing rate of poverty and hopelessness in the country;occasioned by failure of leadership over the years.These general hopelessness and despairs is what is propelling these mothers of tomorrow to sell their honey well for a pattering sum of money to take care of themselves in school amidst parental neglects and inacations.While others are of the opinion that the rise in campus prostitution,is purely the product of new lifestyle ,ostentations and over materialization of these girls by the new crops of leaders in the country.
